"We have split about 200 cords since I purchased the unit about a year ago.  It runs great and I would recommend this unit to anyone."

NEW 2012 quote

"This Splitter is a MONSTER!!!"-Andy Gervase

"I purchased my TW-2 during the winter of 2006 from Maxx Forestry products. I had doubted the ability of the TW-P1 so I went with the TW-2, due to it having a larger motor and hydraulic fluid reservoir,a very fast 9 second cycle time.  The 9 horsepower Honda engine starts every time and runs flawlessly. I'm lucky I have friends that own tree services and they give me hard wood all year round to split.  If I had to guess I would say I have split 25 to 30 cords of maple and oak with my TW-2.  At some point I would like to upgrade to a TW-5 but so far I have found no good reason to do so.  The TW-2 is easy to use and never slows down in the future I may purchase the log lift and optional table grate."

"We purchased a firewood processor & conveyor belt and are TOTALLY happy with the set up. We are able to cut and split 7 cords per day, which we sell to local customers. What a great home business this has become!!!"

"There is a large and often times confusing array of log splitters on the market from manually operated ones to electric powered ones to, of course, the gas powered models. I spent a lot of time researching and thinking about the advantages and disadvantages of various models and price ranges before finally deciding on the Timerwolf TW-P1 as my first choice for my personal home use. Consumer ratings were consistently high on the Timberwolf which definitely influenced my final decision. I have owned my Timberwolf for nearly a year and do not regret my decision or paying the somewhat higher price (compared to some other similar products) for the TW-P1. The quality of the product has been worth it. The service from Maxx Forestry was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They offer good follow-up support and service as well after the purchase of the machine. "

The TW-P1 log splitter has reached way beyond my expectations. The truth about tonage is a fact, I did my homework. Maxx Forestry addresssed my concern of the tongue length and fabricated a tongue extension that simply slides on when needed. This allows my splitter to remain hooked to my ATV while splitting. Maxx Forestry is a class act.
